We need the exact street address
We require the exact street address, including proper suite/apartment number, floor and zip code. (Sorry no Post Office boxes, APO, FPO, or AFB). An incorrect address can delay delivery and therefore melt the chocolates. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace your chocolates or issue a refund when the address provided is incorrect.
Ice Packs
It is our shipping practice when shipping to warmer climates and longer destinations to pack with insulation and ice.
Processing your shipment
Your product is made fresh upon receipt of your order; therefore we usually ship within 24 – 48 hours of when your order was placed. We will make sure your package is sent the most direct route possible. There is no delivery on weekends or holidays and therefore we account for that when planning your shipment. Sometimes, we may hold your package and ship it on Monday or Tuesday in order for it to have the least amount of days in transit. Thank you for understanding!
Message Card or Special Instructions
When you are on the credit card payment page, you will see there is a “Special Instructions” area. This is where you tell us what the gift card should read or if you want an “all dark assortment”, etc.
